Responsibilities:

· Utilize The Loren’s culinary procedures as well as health department regulations, and federal guidelines

· Participate in efforts to maintain food cost

· Check freshness of foods and ingredients, ensure all recipes and portion-use records are followed

· Be aware of all guest feedback scores and conspire for positive influence on rankings

· Foster a climate of cooperation and teamwork between coworkers

• Comply with and maintain The Loren Hotels Brand Standards within Food and Beverage operation

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· 1 year of prep cook experience in a fast-paced, high-end or hotel restaurant

· Knowledge of all cooking and preparation equipment

· Basic knife skills

· Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time
