We're hiring Morning Prep Cooks to join our team. Baking is a plus. Sunday is a must!

We have part-time and full-time positions. We are looking for help mornings during the week and weekends. Full availability is a plus.

Candidates must be able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time, in a fast-paced environment. Restaurant experience is required for Prep Cook, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard in the dish room.

We have cooks that have been with us 5, 10, 15, and even a few over 20 years! This is proof of our great environment.

LINE COOK

Line Cooks are responsible for the food guests rave about! As a Line Cook you will prep and prepare delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a safe and clean environment. Will help with keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

LINE COOKS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recipe Adherence
• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service in a timely manner
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Cleanup after each shift
• Answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
• Help wash dishes
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
• Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work

This is an hourly position, with part-time and full-time positions available.

Some benefits are only for full-time positions.

Day shifts available. Must have Sunday availability.

Full availability is a plus.

Pay range: $18-$20/hour

Pay is based on experience.
