CNC Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines and ensuring the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines efficiently and maintain quality standards.
• Load and unload materials, adjust settings, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure machine maintenance, cleanliness, and accurate production reporting.
• Perform measurements for quality inspection and record data into the quality system.
• Follow quality standards, escalate issues, and maintain safety protocols.
• Follow internal quality procedures (IQI).
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and uphold housekeeping standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills Requirements:

• 1-2 years minimum experience in high-volume manufacturing; 3 years preferred.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical background, ability to read schematics, and understanding of the metric system.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of measurement devices; familiarity with CMM preferred.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with SAP a plus.
• Commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Exposure to manufacturing areas which require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and slip resistant safety toe shoes
