General Laborers, Painters and Welders in Jonesboro, Arkansas
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team. This position will provide support to our painting and welding crews on various projects. You will assist with a combination of tasks related to both trades, requiring a willingness to learn and adapt to different environments.

Responsibilities
- Painting:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and cleaning.
- Mix and apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in masking and covering areas to prevent paint overspray.
- Welding: (Note:Depending on the complexity of welding tasks, additional certifications may be required)
- Assist welders by setting up equipment and preparing materials.
- Clean and grind welds as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following proper procedures.
- General Labor:
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling scaffolding and other temporary structures.
- Clean up job sites and dispose of waste materials according to safety regulations.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
- Experience in painting and/or welding a plus.
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment and follow all safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
