Job Description:

  • Position cellular devices, services, and accessories
  • Offer information about wireless products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Notate and update customer profiles based on interactions
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Superior customer service skills and bonus points if you have wireless or commissioned sales experience
  • Must be willing to learn and implement an ethical sales approach
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Very organized with the ability to multi-task
