We are seeking an Executive Director for a high-end senior living organization in La Grande, OR. This role is a great opportunity to lead, empower, and inspire care teams, while achieving and maintaining high standards. This position provides an experienced leader the opportunity to move into a managerial role and be impactful in providing residents the best care possible.
Compensation: Base Salary $90,000 to $95,000 + bonus, M-F schedule, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, life insurance, disability, PTO, sick time, and much more!
Position Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current state regulations
- Experience with senior living communities, memory care, hospice or geriatrics a plus
- Comfortable with and demonstrates competency with technology, including Microsoft Office, email, and electronic medical records software
- Strong regulatory compliance
