Position Description:

As the Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support across various departments within our company.  This candidate must have strong interpersonal communication, organizational and data entry skills. Essential Functions

•  Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, email, and filing.
• Manage and maintain supplies inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Manage the Instacart weekly ordering.
• Shipping packages through mail, FedEx, and UPS.
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming way.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
• Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
• Receive, scan, and save invoice PO’s through our software programs.
• Assist in weeding stencil on occasion
• Checking in accessories and making notes in our software programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Experience:

•  Proven experience in Administration.
• 1 year of granite experience preferred.
