Job DescriptionCompany Description
Seeking a self-motivated professional for a front office position in a surgical practice. Team player with a respectful demeanor is must. Duties will include patient phone calls, checking patients in and out of exams rooms, making appointments and collecting copays. Maintaining patient confidentiality (HiPAA) is a requirement. Experience with Epic/My Chart would be helpful. Previous medical/surgical office experience is preferred but not required.
We are a private practice located on the Campus of Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital, Royal Oak. Our surgical practice has 5 providers and all long-term employees that work well together to provide the best experience for our patients. Our providers are General Surgeons who also specialize in Bariatric and Endocrine Surgery as well as other Robotic Surgery. We have free onsite parking and a safe walkable campus. Weekday office hours. We are looking for a successful front office addition to our group. Please reach out if we could be a good fit.
