Responsibilities:
- Compiles and analyzes financial information for leadership.
- Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
- Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
- Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 6 + years of experience in the Finance field or in a related area.
- 5+ Years working experience in an Accounting or Finance position, automotive industry preferred.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance and /or accounting field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision of a supervisor or manager.
- Fluent in MS Office applications, expert in MS Excel. Experience with SAP and Hyperion applications preferred.
- Familiarity with Internal Controls and Sarbanes Oxley requirements preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex or ambiguous situations; ability to work under deadlines preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings by verbal or presentation format preferred.
Additional Information
- Location: Athens TN
- Pay: $45.00/hr with medical and dental benefit options.
- Shift: M-F 8 hours a day
- Duration: 5+ months with possibility for extension or conversion to direct role.
