Maintenance Mechanic | Direct Hire | Mandatory Overtime

This growing manufacturing company produces high-quality blister packaging and is committed to providing great service with quality products. They create a fun atmosphere and provide quarterly bonuses to their employees. If you are looking for a maintenance role that does not require heavy lifting, in a temperature-controlled environment, this is the position for you!
Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and perform immediate repairs on equipment
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
- Perform equipment changeovers and production line setups.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service, and research parts needed.
- Overhaul and install new equipment.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 7 am to 3 pm
- Mandatory Saturday Overtime: 5 am to 10 am
Maintenance Mechanic Requirements
- 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to interpret pencil sketches and diagrams
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols
Pay Rate: $24-30/hr
