We are seeking a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Coordinator to help us expand our business and strengthen our relationships with customers and partners.
As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, tasked with identifying new business opportunities and cultivating lasting relationships with clients and business partners. Your role will be pivotal in driving our hotel’s revenue growth and maintaining our reputation as a leader in hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to source new clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and business partners.
Coordinate and conduct hotel tours for prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the hotel and generate leads.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Experience with Hilton systems highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
