Production Worker - Night Shift - Full-time

I.K. Hofmann USA has opportunities for Production Associates Night Shift in the White, GA area working for a large, distribution center for automobile parts.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work 12-hour swing shifts nights (2-2-3)

• Shipping and receiving, using an RF Scanner

• Operating multiple forklifts (Sit down, stand up, reach truck, cherry picker, etc.)

• Loading and unloading the product as they are coming off trucks

• Trimming excess rubber off the tires

• Pulling orders(raw materials or tires) for the machine operator/shipping

• Locating orders and moving product around the warehouse

• Unstacking and stacking products in the warehouse

• Order pulling with a tugger or palletizer

• Any other essential job tasks required

• Must be flexible and open to learning new areas of the assignment

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Essential Job Duties:

• Must be able to remain stationary position 50% of the time.

• The person in this position needs to constantly walk/stand for long periods of time throughout the shift.

• MUST be able to lift 50 lbs constantly.

• Must be able to communicate with other employees to give/receive instructions and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

• Are occasionally exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable

• Occasionally work in extremely bright or dim lighting conditions

• May have to get into awkward positions (reach, climb, crawl, bend) to reach cramp workspaces

• Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be climate control.

Job Description Requirements:

• Wear protective gear, such as safety glasses, steel-toed, and PPE

• Must be able to work 12 hour swing shifts on nights

• Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Starting Pay of $16 per hour
