Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and developing team members. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve restaurant objectives and goals by effectively planning, organizing, and delegating tasks to the staff - Maintains safe environment, and quality food and service standards by enforcing established procedures and process. - Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of staff, ensuring they are all adequately trained and motivated to deliver high-quality service - Oversee the ordering of supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance. - Ensure that all food and drink items are prepared and presented to the highest quality, with strict attention to hygiene and safety standards. - Monitor the daily activities of the restaurant and make sure that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. - Respond to customer queries, complaints or comments and ensure that their needs are met in a professional manner; maintain good customer relations and take necessary actions to resolve disputes.
