The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for the delivery of safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the Endoscopy/Special Procedures unit for all patient populations.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

· Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

· Systematically assessing the health status of individuals and record related health data

· Establishing nursing diagnoses

· Planning and implementing nursing interventions

· Providing pre, intra, and post procedure education to the patients, families, significant others, and/or caregivers

· Providing health promotion strategies and education to patients and their support system,

· Administering and evaluating pharmacological and other therapeutic treatment regimens mandated by the particular situation and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current state of Texas registered nurse licensure or Compact State Licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
