DSP/ Caregiver – To be successful in this role as a Direct Support Professional you’ll need to be mindful of resident’s disabilities in an empathetic manner and encourage them to live independent and productive lives. You will assist with personal care needs, medication administration, perform housekeeping duties, advance residents’ decision-making, productivity, promote participation in a range of activities and meaningful interactions between residents and the community.

Behavioral DSP – to be successful in this role we are looking for candidates with prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical! You will provide supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, people who are faced with metal health, behavioral, and/or significant medical challenges! We are looking to hire staff who are patient, have good decision making and crisis management skills, and who will not be intimated by these behaviors.  Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
