What you'll do


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. As an AE, you will be responsible for developing pipeline, qualifying opportunities and closing enterprise SaaS deals. You will be working with banks and other Fintechs to help them understand the value of our solutions and how they can improve their commercial lending efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, pitch, and close high-quality opportunities from both inbound and outbound prospects.
  • Devise strategies to engage prospects, collaborating with marketing, business development, product, and other teams to construct a qualified pipeline.
  • Take charge of the entire sales process, executing successful deal and negotiation strategies to optimize revenue and increase the probability of success.
  • Organize and lead effective cross-functional meetings, and deliver impactful demos.
  • Possess and continually deepen knowledge of our product offerings to effectively communicate their value to executives.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition of Lama AI relative to client needs and in comparison to competitors.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box mindset
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage and own the full sales cycle.
  • Team player with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial lending, Fintech, or related industries is a plus.
