Position Overview: As a Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with a diverse caseload of students, conducting assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions in a virtual setting. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other members of the IEP team to develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers and IEP team members to support student learning and achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
• Provide virtual consultations and support to parents and caregivers as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Colorado licensure or ability to obtain licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using virtual platforms for service delivery
