Job Description:

• Sweeping, mopping, trash removal, putting stock away
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots pans, equipment
• Maintains dishwashing area and three compartment sink
• Adheres to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• May assist with some light food prep for the caf and catering services
