Position Summary:

Responsible for coordinating and all aspects of care and outcomes for a designated group of patients and families. Practices to the fullest extend of license, certification, or registration in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Provides care based on needs specific to ages and development of adult and geriatric patients

Minimum Qualifications:

·       Graduate of a School of Nursing

·       Current A RN license that is active and in good standing

·       BSN or Commitment to acquire within 5 years

·       Minimum of 2 years in acute care

·       BSN Preferred

·       Managerial experience preferred
