What You Will Do:
 

Guidehouse is seeking a Continuous Improvement/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Configuration Manager to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the software development lifecycle through automated deployment pipelines and robust configuration management practices. 

Requesting support to:

  • design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deploy processes across various environments (e.g., development, staging, production).

  • integrate version control systems (e.g., Git) with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless code integration and version management.

  • implement automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) within CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and reliability.

  • collaborate with the development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines and configuration management.

  • document CI/CD processes, configuration management practices, and related procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.

  • provide training and support to internal teams on CI/CD best practices and configuration management principles.


What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

  • B.S. or B.A. in a relevant public policy or quantitative discipline.

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience - OR-  

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience with a relevant M.S./M.A. degree

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines 

  • Familiarity with version control systems

  • Experience with automated testing frameworks

  • Ability to work with limited supervision

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage unexpected challenges under tight deadlines


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in driving business towards profitability and sustainability, to include branding, advertising, and customer relationship management.

  • Ability to attentively listen to client needs, concerns and feedback.

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
