What You Will Do:
Our Homeland Security and Law Enforcement team members help clients maximize the value of their data and information, redefine business processes and drive transformational change. This high performing team works with transportation security clients to define and analyze risk, develop and implement strategic communications processes and products and develop data visualizations. Our services enable our clients to define their information strategy, enable mission critical insights and data-driven decision making, reduce cost and complexity, increase trust, and improve operational effectiveness.

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8 ( EIGHT) years of management consulting, strategic planning and/or analytics with demonstrated experience leading small teams to include 3 (THREE) years of project management experience

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • TSA Suitability and/or Secret Clearance

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft 360 Suite

  • Experience developing requirements for complex technology deployments

  • Demonstrated performance developing briefings for senior executives

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills;

  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision both written and verbally, including in external customer-facing situations

  • Understand interdependencies between technology, operational constraints/context, and business needs.

  • Must have initiative, be a self-starter, and be able to balance multiple and shifting priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience with Risk Management and/or Technology Program development

  • Experience managing implementation of technology development and deployment projects or programs.

  • Transportation Security sector (federal or commercial) experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Change management practitioner certifications
