Quality Control Coordinator

Quality Control Coordinator Temp to Hire 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM $20/hr Position Summary Seeking a highly motivated candidate to join their Quality Assurance team with manufacturing experience. This is a full-time position and is eligible for the company’s benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Essential Job Functions Recieve, log and investigate customer non-conformance claims Correspond professionally with customers regarding claims Complete non-conformance reports Manage and maintain multiple report spreadsheets using Google Docs and Excel Research routers and drawings using SAP Fill in on spection desks as needed Help prepare for and attend audits PRN Route warranty repairs through repair operations for potential quality issues Other duties as assigned Education, Skills and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Must have working command of the English Language (read, write and speak) Must be able to work independently and with others Strict attention to detail is required SAP software experience is a plus Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills are required Must be "kindly" assertive Ability to read drawings, use measurement tools and microscope Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
