If you are looking for a great employment opportunity, Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC) is currently seeking a Full Time Resident Services Coordinator for Oak Bottom Villages I, II, III in Quarryville, PA, Landisville Apartments in Landisville, PA, Apartments at Heatherwoods in Denver, PA, Plum Tree Apartments in Lancaster, PA and Wyndamere Apartments in York, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Center residents and hold in mind their experiences to deliver services.
  • Support residents to maintain/achieve their self-sufficiency and enhance their quality of life.
  • Foster collaborative and participatory initiatives with residents and community partners.
  • Work seamlessly with property management staff on resident referrals, eviction prevention services and community building efforts.
  • Maintain resident files according to resident services guidelines.
  • Submit reports to HDC and other regulatory agencies as required.
  • Participate in organization, team and cross-team meetings to facilitate effective communication.
  • Meet or exceed Resident Services Performance Standards.
  • Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • With high school diploma or GED, 5 – 7 years of relevant experience, required.
  • Position prefers bachelor’s degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license, required.
  • Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check and proof of COVID-19 vaccination (unless exemption has been granted for medical or religious reasons).

Education, experience, and special requirements:

  • Position requires a high school diploma or GED.
  • With high school diploma or GED, 5 – 7 years of relevant experience, required.
  • Position prefers bachelor’s degree in human services (such as psychology, social work, social science, or other related fields) with a least one year of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license, required.
