What You'll Do:

  • Lead Customer Engagement: Coordinate weekly meetings with customers to understand their needs and create bi-monthly forecasts to ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Create work orders, schedule projects, and determine timelines and project lengths, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle invoicing, address any customer issues promptly, and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor finished products in the warehouse, run inventory status reports, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain work order files, project checklists, and other necessary documentation while ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience and Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but we also value equivalent experience. You should have 3-5 years of manufacturing or project management experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Customer Focus: Experience in product sales or customer service is a plus, along with a strong ability to maintain customer relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, equipment operations experience, and a background in food quality and engineering are highly desirable.
  • Leadership Abilities: Previous project management experience and the ability to lead teams and meetings effectively are essential for success in this role.
