We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Client's team as an Onsite Helpdesk Support Specialist on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive support to our team members, ensuring a seamless experience with various technical processes and tools. If you are a tech-savvy individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a remote work environment, we want to hear from you.


The Specialist will liaise with Charles River Technical Support and Product resources to troubleshoot application issues and to determine the optimal configuration. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience gained in the financial industry working for a consultancy or software vendor. Experience leading the implementation or support of Front, Middle or Back Office Investment Management systems is highly valued.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt helpdesk support, resolving technical issues for onsite team members.
  • Guide and assist in Duo multifactor authentication enrollment.
  • Set up new email accounts and provide access instructions.
  • Execute tasks with precision, following written instructions.
  • Provide on-site phone support, collaborating with colleagues for seamless assistance.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards in all interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Proven helpdesk or technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with Duo multifactor authentication.
  • Proficient in email setup and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and report to various office locations.
  • Must be available for onsite work for the contract duration.
