SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Service inside and outside water filtration systems including tune-ups, filter changes, small leaks and troubleshooting.

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a clean driving record.
• Provide timely and quality repairs for customers while maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments.
• Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business.
• Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ability and desire to take ownership of a customer’s dilemma and work with them to a successful resolution.
• Knowledge of plumbing is a plus.

• Monday to Friday
• 1 Saturday every month
