Now, let's talk about your responsibilities:

• Perform sales consultations to understand clients' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Conduct comprehensive installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Collaborate with clients to explain technical aspects, ensuring a clear understanding of services provided
• Diagnose system issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and implement effective solutions
• Keep accurate records of service and installation activities, including equipment specifications and maintenance schedules
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for both technicians and clients
• Efficiently manage and prioritize service requests to meet customer expectations and timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional services
• Continuously train and develop technical skills to stay current with evolving HVAC technologies
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency service calls as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained

Job requirements

• EPA Certification -Required
• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician -Required
• Valid Driver's License and Clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
