Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and installation of advanced plumbing systems for residential additions, remodels, and renovations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with our in-house team of designers, architects, and project managers to tailor plumbing solutions that complement each project's vision and requirements.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to inform project planning and execution strategies.
• Maintain adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Master Plumber, with extensive experience in plumbing for home additions, remodels, and renovations.
• Demonstrated leadership in project management, with the ability to oversee complex installations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and plumbing schematics.

$70,000 - $120,000 yearly

• Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers
• Complete preventative maintenance for customers
• Interpret and apply electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Perform maintenance and installation of plumbing equipment in homes and businesses
• Enter completed projects and the parts used into database

• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 1+ years apprenticeship experience under a master plumber required
• Applicant must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicant must have valid plumber license (Level 1 required, Level 2-3 preferred)
• Physically able to lift 50lbs, work in tight spaces, crawl, and great physical dexterity
