We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. $48,000 - $120,000 + at plan earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
  • Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
  • Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
  • Identify new talent along with seasoned agents to join our real estate team and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, social media, or other forms of communication
  • Daily cold and warm recruiting and prospecting to schedule prospective recruiting meetings
  • Contacting independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating with the company and convey the company’s value proposition
  • Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
  • Ability to achieve and exceed recruiting goals


Qualifications:
  • Must have a college degree
  • Familiar with online job posting tools
  • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
  • At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools including social media.
  • Florida Real Estate License required.
