We’re hiring a full-time real estate recruiter to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. $48,000 - $120,000 + at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
- Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication
- Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process
- Identify new talent along with seasoned agents to join our real estate team and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, social media, or other forms of communication
- Daily cold and warm recruiting and prospecting to schedule prospective recruiting meetings
- Contacting independent real estate agents to communicate the advantages of affiliating with the company and convey the company’s value proposition
- Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
- Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
- Ability to achieve and exceed recruiting goals
- Must have a college degree
- Familiar with online job posting tools
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field.
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Skilled at posting openings online using a variety of tools including social media.
- Florida Real Estate License required.
