Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Travel (LPN)
Location: Sistersville, WV 26175
Facility Type: Long Term Care
Term: Contract: 9 weeks
Shift: 12hrs (Days & Nights)
Local Pay: $35 - $38/HR
Travel Pay: $1800/week gross based and up to 40hrs/week
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Must be certified/Licensed as a LPN
- BLS/CPR certified
- Must work every other weekend.
- Immunization Report Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
- 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
- Must be COVID vaccinated
