You will ensure the efficient and effective execution of restoration projects, maintain high-quality standards, and provide leadership and support to the technicians on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a team of restoration technicians, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks effectively.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure work is performed to company standards and industry best practices.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor restoration technicians, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and customer service to enhance team performance.
- Resource Management: Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize efficiency and meet project requirements.
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing questions and concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the restoration process.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, including progress reports, job site conditions, equipment usage, and materials used.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the restoration process, making decisions that align with company policies and objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in restoration, water damage, or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in water damage restoration, with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard equipment and techniques for water damage restoration.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
