Call Center Representative - 3rd Shift

One of the largest Facility Maintenance providers in North America is Hiring!

We are looking to hire 2 Part-Time Call Center Representatives to our team. The 3rd shift Call Center Representative will interact with the after-hours answering service and appropriate Prichard Facility Services Managers to address emergency calls and tickets.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interact with the after-hours answering service via telephone to handle emergency calls and tickets for our customers.
• Monitor CallCenter inbox for emergency tickets.
• Relay emergency calls and tickets to our managers via email and telephone using appropriate building lists.
• Monitor CallCenter email folders for responses, ETAs, and scheduling information.
• Input tickets onto appropriate spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
• Use customer portals to accept and update tickets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Experience:

• Customer service experience required.
• Experience using Outlook and Excel required.
