One of the largest Facility Maintenance providers in North America is Hiring!
We are looking to hire 2 Part-Time Call Center Representatives to our team. The 3rd shift Call Center Representative will interact with the after-hours answering service and appropriate Prichard Facility Services Managers to address emergency calls and tickets.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interact with the after-hours answering service via telephone to handle emergency calls and tickets for our customers.
- Monitor CallCenter inbox for emergency tickets.
- Relay emergency calls and tickets to our managers via email and telephone using appropriate building lists.
- Monitor CallCenter email folders for responses, ETAs, and scheduling information.
- Input tickets onto appropriate spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
- Use customer portals to accept and update tickets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Experience:
- Customer service experience required.
- Experience using Outlook and Excel required.
