Mount Indie is seeking a mission-driven professional with aSecret Clearance, A + CertificationCertification and a minimum of1 year of experience as a Help Desk Support Specialistfor the federal government to join a team in Rome, New York.
As aHelp Desk Support Specialist,you will:

A week in the life of a Help Desk Support Specialist, Tier I:
- Use software systems engineering and applications skillsets to execute resolutions for service restoral to include "root cause" analysis reporting.
- Utilize knowledge of PC, servers, Microsoft applications, and associated hardware to simulate and recreate user problems and providing the ability to handle all Tier One issues.
Position Requirements:
- Secret security clearance required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Specialist
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum of an A+ Certification, Security+ preferred.
Skills and abilities:
- Highly motivated, self-starter, and team player with a high energy level and willingness to aggressively take on responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to approach job responsibilities with a focus on process improvement
- Able to work and effectively communicate with all levels of management
