Job Summary: Halls Chophouse Greenville is seeking a passionate, hospitality-minded Sommelier to join our team. As the Sommelier for Halls Chophouse Greenville, you will educate and empower our guests to navigate our wine list. Each region, varietal and vineyard will come alive through your knowledge and passion for wine.

Who You are:

• A student of the vine your extensive knowledge of wine continues to grow through rigorous studies. You believe that you never stop growing and learningevery detail matters. You are able to lead the guest beyond the bottle, explaining how the smell of the soil marries with the climate to create each note in the finished product.

• A versatile beverage aficionadoyour beverage knowledge includes spirits, beer and cocktails. You understand why whiskey and bourbon are different as well as the origins and ingredients of classic cocktails.

Certification in the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus, but not required. Proven, extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits is a must.
