Production Line Technician – 1st Shift – Swannanoa - Up to $23.00/hr.
PrideStaff is recruiting for a part-time Production Line Technician for 1st Shift for a manufacturing company located in Swannanoa.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure their production lines are running smoothly throughout their shift with minimum downtime.
- Trouble shoot any processing issues that can cause downtime
- Ability to learn, control and adjust machine settings
- Machine Operator will always be present on assigned manufacturing line while production is running.
- Document any machine issues and communicate with Maintenance manager.
- Aid in machine repair with or without supervision.
- Work with engineering and product development team to take trials on new product launch and provide feedback for launch feasibility.
- Cross train across the board on each line and machine.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Effective written communication skills, including legibility
- Strong attention to detail
