What You'll Do as a Pest Control Service Technician:

• Tackle challenging pest problems with innovative solutions.
• Operate and maintain pest control equipment, including ladders.
• Record detailed reports of actions taken and products used.
• Adhere to all relevant protocols, procedures, and laws.
• Manage a service vehicle.
• Clearly explain technical information to customers.
• Build rapport with customers and teammates.
• Highlight the value of our services to encourage loyalty and growth.
• Strategically expand our client base through creative efforts.

What We Offer Our Pest Control Service Technicians:

• Competitive pay: $20 to $26 per hour, with potential first-year earnings of $45k to $65k.
• Opportunities for sales commissions and overtime.
• Comprehensive benefits: health insurance, paid sick and personal days.
• Flexible scheduling options: choose between four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days.
• A company vehicle and gas card upon training completion.
• Extensive paid training (60-90 days based on your pace) and ongoing learning opportunities.
• A typical workday from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
