Job Description

Assist with all activities of daily living (dressing, shopping, visiting, medication, etc.)in the residents home. Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation and assistance with activities of daily living.  


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet all required visits to the residents home according to policy and state regulations
  • Provide a positive, supportive environment in which the residents receive their care through your interactions with them
  • Report any changes in the residents condition to the nurse or management immediately
  • Remain engaged with residents throughout the entire visit process including feedback on services provided and completing forms
  • Assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing etc.

  • Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding, and more
  • Providing support with transfers and mobility as needed
  • Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition to your supervisor
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Upholding client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism
  • Delivering exemplary care that aligns with our high standards
