RN Clinical Coordinator Med Surg Days
Responsible for compliance with overall nursing practice standards of the specialty area. Responsible for compliance with standards during assigned shift (Reports to Director and/or House Supervisor) Uses established principles of delegation and supervision to direct the activities of all licensed and non-licensed care givers and support staff in the delivery of patient care during their assigned shift Uses independent judgment to ensure optimal delivery of patient care and appropriate use of available resources. Provides direct care to patients on an assigned unit using the nursing process. Responsible for managing care of assigned patients and guiding and directing the activities of ancillary staff. Full Time Nights Minimal of 1 year Clinical Nursing experience. Current FL State nursing license, BLS and ACLS certification.
