TRISTAR is seeking a HRIS (Specialist II) for our upcoming government customer located in Crane, IN
Position Description:
HRIS Specialist II will assist with oversight of the Human Resources Help Desk, responding to routine inquires, redirecting more complex inquires to the appropriate specialist, and following through to ensure all help desk inquiries are resolved and closed
Ensure information assurance policies; principles and practices are being followed
Manage request for personnel data based on a need to know to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
Provide iCrane support including configuring and maintaining document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collection
Perform development/configuration of iCrane, NAVSEA Fusion, and other tools
Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain HR information systems within the Microsoft Power Platform environment, to include Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
Works with customers and stakeholders to understand and document requirements before designing and building applications / systems
Troubleshoots and resolves issues with newly built and existing applications / systems
Collaboratively functions within a team of other HR Information Systems Specialists to meet project milestones
Designs and develops application / system capabilities allowing for data visualization and reporting as required by customer needs
Documents and maintains application / system related standard operating procedures, user manuals, etc.
Position Requirement:
7 years in HR related area
Must have experience with Microsoft Power environment, to include Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
Individual must have professional, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and have dependable work ethics
Thorough knowledge of: MS Excel (advanced) Word, PowerPoint and database tools such as MS Access
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain and maintain a T3 Clearance
Additional Information:
Hybrid work schedule: Customer site Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Telework, Thursday/Friday
Education and Certification:
B.S. level degree
