ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Jesup, GA! Partner with us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse needs.
What you'll do:
- Full Time
- Significant needs. Non verbal & Autistic.
- Will be assigned 1:1 OR work in classroom.
- BCBA very collaborative, will train, coach, support.
- Track progress and analyze data to ensure interventions are effective.
- Create a nurturing and encouraging environment for learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with students and families to foster trust and collaboration.
Who you are:
- Possesses a current RBT credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Has a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
- Excels in communication,interpersonal,and organizational skills.
- Thrives in both independent and collaborative work environments.
