Licensure:NH Pharmacist license or reciprocity pending
Summary:
We are in search of an experienced Travel Hospital Pharmacist to bee part of our team in Concord, NH. This individual will be responsible, under the guidance of the Director of Pharmacy, for ensuring the safe and proper utilization of pharmaceuticals across the hospital. Key duties include interpreting medication orders, pounding and dispensing medications, as well as offering essential drug-related information.
Education:
- PharmD degree or Bachelors degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Certification, Registration & Licensure:
- NH Pharmacist license or reciprocity pending
- Certification as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) is desirable
Experience:
- Acute care hospital experience is required
- Knowledge of Cerner EMR preferred
- Pharmacy residency is desirable
