Title of Position: Kitchen Manager
Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts, and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality and guest service will be your number 1 priority as our Kitchen Manager. Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating the culinary personnel will be maintained by the Kitchen Manager. Our Kitchen Manager must have passion and dedication for the culinary arts and share their experience and enthusiasm with the rest of the team. Exemplary leadership abilities are a must to be successful as our Kitchen Manager. Administrative functions including scheduling, inventory control and understanding of P&L reports will also be the responsibility of the Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications:
- Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume atmosphere is a must for the Kitchen Manager
- A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Kitchen Manager must posses
- The Kitchen Manager must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
- The KM must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
- The Kitchen Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
- A passion for serving quality food is a requirement for this Kitchen Manager
