Controller

We are partnering with an industrial services company who is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join their team. The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with 3+ years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience working in metal fabrication or industrial services industry is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
