Job Overview
A retread technician job duties include the initial inspection of tires along with the grading of tire casings. Other Job Duties may include buffing the tire and preparing the rubber for retreading, tire repairs, new tread application, curing of tire, and quality tests. The two positions currently available are a Repair Technician and Final Inspector. You will be trained and have opportunities to be officially certified in the entire retread process. Pay raises will be rewarded when new certificates of training have been achieved.
