Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for 23-24 School Year

We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 23-24 school year. The position is onsiteand the candidate must be willing to work 37.5 hours per week. The SLP will be responsible for providing assessments and treatment for students with speech, language, and articulation disorders. The caseloads will be varied, with one full-time equivalent (FTE) caseload for grades K-5 and another FTE caseload for grades 6-8. The maximum caseload size will be 45 students.

The SLP will be required to travel to multiple campuses upon request, as the location of student needs will determine the caseload. The candidate should be fortable working with diverse populations and able to build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers. The SLP will be responsible for pleting required paperwork and attending conferences, as well as collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student.

The SLP will be expected to have experience using SPED Track or a similar software/system to manage caseloads, track progress, and municate with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have excellent munication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a current license in the state of AR.
