A school district in Weems, VA needs a Virtual SLP

Position Overview: As a Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide prehensive speech and language services to students in need within our school district. This position offers part-time options with the flexibility to work remotely, ensuring you can balance your professional mitments with personal obligations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students through telepractice.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Virginia.
• Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong munication and collaboration skills.
