Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Bartender's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

* Welcome and greet guests. Make all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you're there to personally take care of them.

* Learn the names and personally recognize our regular guests.

* Inform guests of specials and be ready with recommendations that you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.

* Interact with our guests and answer questions about our beverages, food and other restaurant functions and services.

* Understand the various food and beverage products, be able to fill and deliver orders, which may include specialty drinks and food items, use the appropriate garnishes and bar ware.

* Record food and drink orders accurately and immediately after receipt input into the point of sale system.

* Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change (if applicable).

* Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.

* Clear and reset tables in bar area; wash and sanitize glassware.

* Follow and practice all alcohol beverage policies and regulation.

* Monitor alcohol consumption of guests, request cut offs when appropriate for the protection and enjoyment of all guests.

* Accurately maintain a cash bank through correct pricing of products and cash handling, while following cash handling procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas. Abide by established guidelines for side work duties (i.e. cleaning, stocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies).

* Be compliant with all local, state and federal regulations and Tribal MICS.

* Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures.

* Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues to F&B Manager/Supervisor.

* Assist guests and Team Members as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant/bar as directed by the manager or immediate supervisor.

* Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

* Participate in all other duties as requested by the F&B Director, Manager or Supervisor.

Job Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

* Basic computer experience is preferred.

* Accurate cash handling experience and good mathematical skills are required.

* Must have or be willing to obtain food safety and sanitation certificate.

* Must successfully complete a Responsible Beverage Server course and maintain a bartender's license.

* Ability to uphold complete confidentiality is required.

* Must display professionalism when representing PCCH.

* Must work well with people; possess excellent customer service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures.

* Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.

* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is necessary.

* Must be dependable.
