Were currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Banquet Line Cook (Cook 2) at 1 Hotel South Beach to oversee the Culinary team for our Banquet Department and support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the banquet to the very last bite.
Qualifications:
About you...
- Passionate about food and a minimum of 1 year experience in banquets
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
- Able and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
