Paragon Land Pros is a successful commercial land services firm specializing in both private and public land services projects.
Paragon Land Pros has partnered with Reef Capital Partners which specializes in real estate equity investments, especially development projects. Reef Private Equity is currently developing a wide variety of projects, including a $1 billion+ world-class resort in Ivins Utah, 150 SF lots and 300+ townhomes at the new Mayflower Ski Resort near Park City Utah, a 900 lot lake and golf community in Virginia, 300 apartments in Idaho, 48 townhomes in Eden, Utah, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
The Project Manager reports directly to the company's General Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned projects. This involves working closely with general contractors, owners representatives, subcontractors, directing consultants, and managing project budgets and schedules.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate daily with general contractors and owners representatives;
- Direct Foreman daily on project operations;
- Engage and direct subcontractors and other project consultants;
- Work with General Manager to establish project budgets and schedules;
- Coordinate major decisions with General Manager;
- Track project key performance indicators (KPI's) and report them to General Manager;
- Alert General Manager to project bottlenecks and issues that could impact the projected KPI's;
- Prepare and submit applications to regulatory agencies;
- Obtain third-party bids and obtain budget approval from General Manager;
- Work with financial analysts to create and maintain project financial models that match the latest project budgets and schedules;
- Facilitating meetings between project team members;
- Travel to project locations to conduct site observations and/or meet with consultants
Qualifications:
- Experience in Landscape Construction, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
- Familiarity with construction/ project management software
- Outstanding leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
The ideal candidate has achieved a deep knowledge of the construction process and has experience in project management, is self-motivated, willing to travel, and has a passion for creating.
