Our company has served the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years. We just launched in DFW in 2023 and the Houston area in 2024. Our skilled and capable staff confidently assists customers with their heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, service, plumbing, and repair needs. We work hard to maintain our reputation as the most professional and punctual HVAC & Plumbing team in town. Our reputation not only reflects the home services that we offer but also the support that we continuously have for our community. We chose the color pink to represent our company in honor of our owners' mother and all those who have bravely battled cancer. To this day, we strive to make a difference in our community by showing up and offering endless support for numerous organizations and charitable events throughout San Antonio.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - CSR

As a Customer Service Rep - CSR, you're the friendly voice on the other end of the line, scheduling appointments, confirming service requests, and following up to ensure satisfaction. With your strong organizational skills, you maintain maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising on customer care. You take pride in contributing to our success and maintaining our reputation as the best HVAC and Plumbing team in town!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to work a flexible Monday - Sunday schedule
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type at least 35 WPM
  • Highly reliable with great time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Always empathetic toward others with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center experience
  • HVAC or home service experience
  • ServiceTitan software experience
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
